Yeah...finally broke free of the 170's hopefully that will be the last of them. I had some trouble getting these pounds off, the trainer at the gym suggested I take a day off and let my body reboot...and low and behold it worked. I usually work out 7 days a week ..I took sunday off (I still went for a run...but not as intense.) I think I'll stick to this routine and see what happens. When I don't work out I feel guilty...like I'm cheating. Again, I think this is part of my obsessive behavior. LOL. Hope everyone has a great day. And thanks again, I couldn't do this without you guys!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If it's working, and it obviously is, stay with it. Try to make your workouts sustainable because, later, if you let up, all else being equal, you might lose momentum or, worse, gain. Good work and Good Luck!
