Try to use Ginger, garlic and Tumeric in your recipies.

How do you cook with tumeric? I bought some fresh tubers of it two weeks ago and still don't know anything about how to prepare it.

I have not used the Tumeric plant - But Tumeric-powder is great in Indian foods. (It is the Yellow color in Curry-powder) - Some times I use Coriander-powder, Cumin-powder, Chilly-powder and Tumeric-powder to make my own curry.
