Cooking 6d/week
Changed dessert to a quest bar most days even was able to skip dessert few times
No cool whip -1.5-2 weeks
Weigh in today after exercise 117!
120.2 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 120.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
