Today is the first time somebody who sees me every day said I look like I lost weight... I was delighted . . . It is about 7 pounds and I keep thinking of a 7 lb roast beef-that's alot of meat gone. I also have been going to Curves the past 3 weeks and I think that that must be helping me to lose a bit more by upping my metabolism. Up until today, my private thoughts have been, "I'll quit this sbd - I lose too slowly - I don't like the results - Because of all the "stuff" I get on this site, I hold on and try to be more positive (I am a negative thinker by nature). Also, at the end of the day, literally at the end of the day when I weigh myself before bed, even if I haven't lost, or if my weight goes up, I say to myself, "But look how full I am, and I haven't gained." I think that the hype that I would lose 13 pounds in 2 weeks was what disappointed me. Sooooo, for those who don't lose 13 pounds in 14 days, hang on.

I think most people do not lose 13 lbs in 2 weeks. So, YES.. hang on and keep on keepin' on!! The more we move the faster our bodies rev up and get on the metabolism. We CAN do this! We're here to help each other get through the rough times. :) Keep up the good work, you're chart is looking nice!

You are doing great - losing weight and increasing your exercise - two very healthy habits. When you see pounds lost on someone elses chart - it really doesn't take into consideration the percentage of weight lost - You are actually doing much better than you think - its all RELATIVE! Wishing you a successful week.

7 pounds in two weeks is a huge weight loss! You're doing awesome on SB and isn't it sweet to finally see that scale show lower numbers? Keep up the incredible work!
