wasn't very good on Halloween. Waaaaay better than I would've been had I not been trying to eat right, but still not great. Had a piece of cake at work and probably about 4 small candy bars while trick or treating with the kids. Ahhhhhh. But I'm back on today. Went for a 45 minute brisk walk and ate well. I hate that I undid so much with yesterday.....Oh well, I'm back on now.
