Did ok yesterday...except for the beer! I skipped dinner and snacks so hopefully that will offset it a little :)
The doctor called me yesterday. It seems my thyroid is not working as it should. I should have known; every time I go to the doctor, they find something new that's wrong with me...that brings the list to...let's see...pbc, ra, fibro, lupus, osteopenia, chronic insomnia, type 2 diabetes and now thyroid. I'm afraid to ask, what's next?
Anyway, I'm back on my medications, including the new for for the thyroid, for the first time in about 3 years. Hopefully it won't mess up my weightloss too much.
