Was a bad day today, got to work and realized I forgot my milk for the cheerios, and the meat for my wrap. Should I eat my sliced turkey for a night time snack so I get all the calories needed for the day? Need to get used to making my lunches before I go to bed. Also not used to eating all this food, seems like I just get done eating and it's time to eat a snack. Also I feel like water is coming out of my ears(got 80oz of water in me today). I walked on the tread mill for 20 minutes (felt like my heart was going to jump out of my chest), but taking it slow so I get used to getting back into exercising.
