Day 5 -
Everyone said that day 4 was the hard one.
I just want a little bit of bad stuff - bacon, a glass of wine, something cheesy, but I am doing okay.
I need to schedule workouts as tightly as I have scheduled food so that I actually get as much gym time in as I need.
Glenn is being fabulous and letting me stick tight to the diet. It really helps that the budget sticks tighter when I cook at home.
