I did my first real session with the personal trainer last night and even though we were doing mostly upper body work, he really kicked my behind on those machines. but he said that he was really impressed with the weight I could push/pull/lift/etc. I may have the hubby take some fit-clothed pictures of me so I can post them next to the scale tracker in my bathroom. as I am trying phase three I am weighing in each morning right after the first potty break to get a 'real' weight. I am going to be really interested to see how the body reacts to the next ten weeks. I'll be more than happy to gain a few pounds as long as the body fat and inches come down.
