So I did it. I had one of the fun size boxes of junior mints that were in the baggie given to me for snack break day here at work. I enjoyed every single one of those little mints. I'm saving the rest of the bag for my husband, and I'll be able to do that. Don't they say don't deny yourself anything, just eat it in small portions? I'll just have a little less than a full starch for dinner, and cut out one fat serving.. That should make up for it.

I think that since I'd started running more often, I'm getting hungrier during the day. I ran 62 minutes last night, and I'm super hungry today. I try to eat most of my servings during the day, and less for dinner, but I hate being hungry at work. I get too tempted. I'll do a less strenuous workout tonight, and see how I feel tomorrow. I think I'm going to hit Target and get one of those exercise balls to try doing other workouts on.

Good luck to everyone else! Hopefully you can resist the candy temptation today, unlike me.

The Candy Temptationer has made his way here in Tennessee too! He's a sneaky little devil! I had one FUN SIZE Reece cup and a Blow Pop. And I've got to travel with those yummies in my car on the way home. Not sure who said don't deny yourself anything, just eat in small portions, but I LIKE that person! Ha Ha. Happy Halloween!!

Maybe it was something to do with not having to quit eating your favorite foods... I'm not sure. I could swear its in the LA add on tv though! ha ha Happy Halloween!

Lol.. Candy, candy everywhere! I took my leftover halloween goodies to work, and left them in the lounge. :D

I know that we can have a some peanut m&m's according to the tip cards, but I want them everyday! For me there is no option for "small portions." It's all or nothing! :)

Me neither ladies, I gave in yesterday. Had a Halloween cupcake, a taquito, I think I was wayyy off plan yesterday, we will see tomorrow when I weigh myself in the morning. I hate this on my own, it sure makes a big difference.

I'm scared to death to get on that scale! I ate 4 too many little fun size goobers and raisinetes. I feel like a looser for doing it. But I admit I was a happy looser while I was munching on them, tee hee. I know my own self, and if its there, I'm gonna eat. So either my husband will have to take the left over candy to work tomorrow, or its going in the trash.
