Well, Still 240 and holding...I think I will eat dinner around 5:30pm and see if that helps. Following the plan..but no loss. I have been eating an Atkins Bar for breakfast the last couple of days. Not today...let's see if that makes a difference~! I hope. I really, really want to get in the 230's...come on!
