I did some cardio yesterday and ate really well until 2:00am!!! We ran out of bottled water at the office so i did not drink as much as I should have. I walked after work and while I was cooking dinner I was craving things that I didn't need to be craving. I think I jinxed myself when I was saying that all of my cravings were gone. I made it through dinner and went to bed. Got up at 2am and rembered I had some Cheez-it's in the cabinet. Ofcourse I go downstairs and eat 2 handfuls of them with a half of a diet caffiene free Mt. Dew. I KNEW those processed crackers were going to still be with me on the scale this morning..and they were. My scale was 1 pound higher. I am armed with plenty of water today but meeting my dad for dinner right after work for his birthday supper. I will not get any exercise in today.

I think not being hydrated throughout the day had alot to do with the cravings. Maybe I am wrong....Hoepfully the scale will go abck down..

Your probably right not having enough water probably triggered your body in to what you thought were cravings for junk but was really craving for your water. Dont beat yourself up just get back on track and you will be fine

I used to get up in the middle of the night and eat, but I moved into a house where my bedroom is up stairs. For some reason, the further distance to the fridge broke my habit without really trying or realizing it. My husband used to think I was crazy for eating during the middle of the night.
