I have been down with the flu for five days so that pretty much ruined my workout routine. I haven't been able to eat much so I guess my diet isn't completely ruined. I was able to get up and pick up the house some today. I am feeling a lot better this evening and I hope I can get back into my normal routine early tomorrow morning.
