I have to start trying to manage my weight again. I've let myself go completely and its really starting to adversely affect my health. I have constant lower back, leg, and foot pain because of the weight. My blood pressure is hypertensive if not higher. I get chronic headaches and can't sleep well. I'm recording this so I can hopefully look back and see the progress I've made.
