I'm feeling more confident today. I am sticking to my 1400 calorie goal a little better; however, today we have pizza lunch at school, I have dinner duty, then I'm headed to a Girl's Night where there is sure to be PLENTY of wine. Good luck self!

U know I believe a treat day once in awhile is good for the soul. I am new to this web site and I feel it is really helping. I cheat more often than needed and I just jump back on the wagon the next day. GOOD LUCK TODAY AND ENJOY!
