I am exercising six days a week. I'm doing the Power 90 DVD. I'm eating healthy. In fact, I'm not getting all the caleries that I should per day for the simple fact that I just don't have time to eat, But the weight is going no where. I'm getting very frustrated.
I'm seriously not even kidding myself with the food I'm eating either. I don't just eat something and then not add it to my calorie intake. The only thing I can think of is that my body is just in a state of shock for the moment. Hopefully I'll see some improvement. This is, afterall, only my second week. LOL.
