I love knowing what I'm having for dinner in advance so I can budget my calories. :P That Cosmic brownie was so good.

1427 kcal Fat: 60.15g | Prot: 61.92g | Carb: 155.48g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Whole Milk. Lunch: Aquafina Water (16.9 oz), Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Sargento Deli Style Sliced Provolone Cheese, Arnold Classic 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner: Onions, Mushrooms, Butter, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Green String Beans, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other: Progresso Light Creamy Potato with Bacon & Cheese, Little Debbie Cosmic Brownies with Chocolate Chip Candy. more...
