Yesterday, January 29th, I began 1 week of strict ketogenic eating. So I'm on day two today, and this diet is weird and has me feeling a little weird so far. Here are a few things I notice:

1) After last night's Keto Quesadilla dinner, I was so satisfied. It filled me up, it tasted delicious, and I felt great - but before that my blood sugar and energy was way low.

2) This morning, my energy was way low again. I am seeing stars when I stand up from low blood sugar. I haven't eaten enough today, but I don't really have the energy to make myself the food I need and do the chores I need.

3) I need to eat more calories, but I just don't want to think about eating so much fat without veggies or proteins. It's kind of a weird diet.

Hi Baker, I woke feeling this way this morning as well, I find a bullet proof coffee or tea first thing gives me a great boost to get going! Hang in there!
