So I wasn't expecting to lose anything this week as my weight doesnt to budge much in a week these days...but my secret this week has been to cut out processed sugar, something very hard for me to do as a working mom who is still breastfeeding I'm always on the go and Im often picking up snacks with sugar even if the other ingredients are healthy. So I cut all that out and just use honey and cut out all packaged foods. Making my own bread every other day with heirloom organic grains that don't bother my digestion and using a starter instead of active yeast allows me to enjoy nutritious bread again. My favorite these days is rye. So with out sugar and processed foods I actually lost 2 lbs and don't feel hungry all the time.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
