I seen your journal entry and that is the same way I feel about this site. I also have a lot of weight to lose and this is the first time I feel hopeful that I will do it. I checked out your bio and it really touched me. I lived with a man for nine years who did nothing but destroy me self esteem, he encouraged me to eat so that no other man would ever look at me and then called me fat cow and other nasty names...when he started hitting me I knew it was time to leave. I am so glad you found someone who loves you for who you are. I never really recovered and kept the weight on to avoid any relationships. Logging all of the food on this site showed me where I was going wrong and the support form the people here have helped through the hard times. I wish you all the best.

Hi, glad to see your weightloss you are doing great!!! I think my best advice is, don't try to change everything and be perfect. Make small changes that you can keep, get them into your system/routine and then add to them. Nobody can be perfect all the time, so aim for 80% if you can do that you will be doing very very well!!! Keep up the good work!!
