Hey all! I'm looking for a FD buddy, someone who is supportive of my weight loss goals, encouraging when I'm down and supportive if I slip up on my diet :) and of course, this will be mutual. I'm looking to connect on FS to someone wanting change for the better this new year!

@Ghorebones's #I'm a good buddy for u! It sounds like we're pretty close to the same goals! I'm shooting for 110, starting at 120! How do u do a meal and a snack a day??!! Is that what you do? I read that somewhere??!! I can't handle less than 3 meals a day and too many snacks a day! I need to STOP SNACKING, especially before bedtime! That's when I go craziest!!! HELP! Any advice ?????
