I walked around at work but that wasnt enough so I'm going to use mini stepper when I get home. I'm shooting for 2hr workout time but the world wasn't built in a day either. Everything counts as long as your moving to get you closer to goal.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
