This is my weight for Tuesday January 17. I did some walking but not alot thanks to the rain. Took my timesheets in to make sure I got paid somewhat on time. Hey they barely want to pay us. Home health aide is not the job to take if you want all bills to get paid with less stress. You have to pray for that everyday. But it does feel good to help someone other than yourself sometimes. I see enough wrong with health to want to make sure I'm the best me I can be. That's why sometimes you have to do like Nike said and just do it.
