Day 3 fasting, strong coffee is not a good idea, bleah. This is the day it is supposed to get easier. Yesterday's workout was fine, only felt slightly weaker than usual. Today going to do a run and see, then break fast this evening. Fasting blood glucose in the mid 70 range.
148.5 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
