3 positives. 1)Went out to Avenue East and ordered the lower calorie choices on the menu. Ate moderately. Had soup to start and no other appetizers. 2) really wanted more to eat after the popcorn and just drank a diet soda and Pelligrino water. 3) made myself read the advantages list and continue in the book even though it's inconvenient.
