Did the swim today and got some relief so hopefully will see a drop of below 88 tomorrow, though visited the buffet again today, so don't know exactly. Did much, much better than last time, but still had dessert and it was hard to calculate exact intake.
194.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
