Wicked Step Monster's Journal, 03 January 2012

So, to recap...I ate 2 pomegranets and they pushed me up to over 50 carbs..I did what I alot of times do, I said screw it, the day is ruined anyway...I ended the night eating the leftover christmas cookies that I had "protected" myself from by putting them into the freezer. That was Thursday.
Friday I did not do horribly, but I wasn't perfect. It was a fine maintanance kind of day, but I am trying to do induction again.
Saturday was NYE and I did fine until dinner when chips and salsa, (mexican food in general) did me in.
Sunday, NYD, I did great on eating but probably blew it with the cocktails which I am not supossed to have on induction. I do need to check the carbs on pomegranate liquor.
Monday I did great except when I peeled a tiny tagelo off of my tree, ate a segment, tasted that it was way too tart and proceeded to eat it anyway! THEN I checked the carbs and there were almost 7 of them! I went out to dinner and had a cobb salad and a glass of chardonay.
TODAY, so far I am right on track with water, exercise, and food. I am looking forward to getting 14 days in a row under my belt. I need to get these carb cravings under control.
