Hitting 50 years in April, so want to be fit and healthy and loose some weight in the process. My Christmas present was a personal trainer starting next Tuesday who specialises in injuries as I've had my latisimus muscle moved from my back which hasn't made things easy. Really looking forward to the next couple of months.

I'm with you! Just a tad bit older. :-) I turn 55 and am finishing my 35th year of work. I want to start my retirement healthy to do the things I always wanted to do, but never had the time. I want better control on my diabetes and watching my diet, getting exercise is the best way to do it. Good luck to you!! We can do this!!
