3 positives for today. Really hungry tonight after 10 and had an apple because I knew it would satisfy the crunch and slight sweet and be filling with a glass of water and it worked.
Really wanted pizza, had only 1 slice (wanted more but didn't really want more)
Made myself sit down for breakfast, was going to eat it standing up but I sat down.
