nonstop bacon and eggs!! This is awesome lol
235.1 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 95.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

GREAT job!!! I love Keto! The food is awesome!!!! I'm making caramel custard this week that's kind of like flan which I LOVE!!!! I tried fasting when I was a teenage and was told it was the wrong way to go. I should have told them to shut the F up and followed my instincts! :-)

wow that sounds amazing! I'm really obsessed with the sugar free strawberry Jello! I love flan so much but I have no idea how to make a Keto friendly version of it :( I cant wait to start the fasting as well. It seems to really be working for you and Brandi!! :)

There are a ton of recipes on this website and online in general. Just search for low carb or keto and if you have a specific food in mind, add that to the search. Like, I knew I wanted to make cabbage and bacon together because I loved it as a kid when my grandmother made it. So I searched for low carb bacon and cabbage recipes and voila! Fried bacon and cabbage. It was awesome too! LOL

btw, be careful with the sugar fee stuff. It's loaded with artificial sweeteners that will derail your progress. I hate plain water but I'm learning to love it. I used to add lemon juice and sweet n low to it but I had to kick it to the curb. :-)

nice! Thank you for all of the tips! I hate plain water too but I've learned that drinking it with a straw makes it go down faster and I've actually been hitting a gallon a day! Before I was only doing maybe a forced glass or two a day but I'm a Diet Coke fiend lol That and pizza have definitely been the hardest to give up. I definitely do have the Keto flu; sore throat and everything!! Makes it hard but I'm pushing through so I can see bigger results :)

Hang in there I was a Diet Coke freak and once I had been off it for awhile I don't even like it. But I still fall off the wagon with food sometimes. Once you get your head in the right place other things fall in line.
