The time difference between Korea and the West makes this annoying for recording my entries, as everything is a day ahead...today I'm hibernating. I find I get depressed when I lose weight. don't care to meet people or put out any unnecessary energy. Happy I got the swim in yesterday. Period is starting, so feeling sluggish. Stopped coffee and tea temporarily too.
195.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
