Well I didn't make any resolutions for 2012. Found a friend at work before the holidays that I am going to start "Operation Lunchtime Walk" with tomorrow. Thought I'd plan to eat healthy and lower calorie (less than 500) meals for breakfast and lunch and eat less at dinnertime of what I make for the family. I am pretty good about not snacking or having desert. I walked yesterday as well as today. Took the kayak out in the pond since it was fairly warm yesterday. Knew I shouldn't get on the scale for a week (at least) but .... I did and have gained 1 pound. :( Not going to get discouraged ~ just thought I would join up here and start a few of the challenges.
