I started Weight Watchers on 11/28/09 and decided that this will be the time that changes my life.

I'm 22, 5'6 and 263lbs. (Started at 273lbs)

I have always been a heavy girl, steadily increasing in weight for as long as I can remember. I'd lose 30 lbs or so here and there then gain it all back and more. I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life and deteremined to GET HEALTHY.

In almost a month and a half I have only lost 10.2 lbs but have lost over 7 inches in total from all over my body. 3 1/4 inches off of my hips alone.

I work out mostly at home, as it is the most comfortable and I push myself more in a comfortable enviroment. I have a lot of work out DVDs that I love; P90X is the best. Jillian Micheals 30 day Shred, No more Troble Zones and the Boost your Metabolism are good too. I have two Biggest Loser workouts, 1 Bootcamp and 1 Cardio one that really kick your butt. Between the work out DVDS, my Elliptical that I have and the 3 mile walks to Subway that my boyfriend and I do, I get some good excersize in at home.

I go to Weight Watchers with my sister, cousin (Bringinsxybck) and my aunt. It is great to have all of that support every week and every day. For the first time I feel like I CAN DO THIS!
