a.m. weigh in will weigh in again at night.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 15.4 lb a week

Just remember you weigh more at night because of all the food and drinks you have all day.
