Glucose readings:
Nov 29. 2016 97 glucose, weight at 179.8 -- slow metabolism, very slow, so instead of the 1500 calories per day, I usually do with 1300 calories in order to slim down.
Sept 1, saw the dietician, weight was 197. Prior, the highest being 202.8. So on Sept 3,2016 at 197 lbs, I learned how to eat delicious VEGAN recipes, continued to exercise, and though slimming down is a very slow process for me, I am seeing results, eating well, enjoying smaller portions of vegan meals and so forth.
179.8 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
