That is a good loss. With weight loss, slow and steady is the best way to go.

BRILLIANT loss. I am not going to weigh in until Friday morning. Been busy trying to lower carbs but balance fat protein and keep calories under 1500 per day. Will hope for a couple of pounds loss.
