I DID IT!! I ran the Disney Half Marathon yesterday despite the FREEZING weather and sleet in Central Florida. I'm so psyched and motivated to accomplish my next goal -- lose this last twenty (or so) pounds! The carbo loading I had to do prior to the race didn't help my loss, but I am back on track today and think that I should still be down from my original weigh-in last week. I started back into my protein, veggie and fruit diet.
