apparently my calirie consumption is much larger compare to protein consumption. this can be a problem in the form of hypoglicemia which followed by a migraine attack. beans and gorbanzo beans, lentil are the source of vegie protein that i can agree to. i do not want to do meat products as at a point it gives me nausea. so ... i guess i may need to do protein shakes which almost all has a metallic taste. uggh !! i need to come up with something ...😣
