I was somewhat concerned that I wouldn't make any progress for this week because my weight kept fluctuating up and down but never got below my last weigh in. Thankfully I had nothing to worry about and it looks like I am still making good progress. I weigh myself everyday just to make sure I'm staying on track and not gaining more than what is within normal fluctuations. Its just so odd that it seems like everyday I check my weight the pattern seems to be stagnant for days and then suddenly a huge drop between one day and the next. You'd think it would be steady and incremental but it rarely is.
178.8 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Beatlesfran, I have the same problem. I can eat right, exercise right and everything, but I will remain the same weight for several days (sometimes a week) and then BAM 3 lbs. just drop off. Go figure, but I'll take it.
