Hi there. You can add it every day. This is my day 3. I know some people say only do weekly but to keep me on my toes I will start with daily weighs.

I enter it every day but if you do, you need to not get down-hearted by the fluctuations as you're bound to go up some days. I also use an app on my iPad called Happyscales which shows moving averages and other reports to help you see trends.
