weighed my self today at 15 st 5 (again) grr :( ended up feelin down n went for chicken burger n chips but felt so bad after that so i bought scales an exercise bike and dumbells lol so mabey a bad thing will turn out well? :) fellin good again now so off to do half hour on the bike yey tmz will b great

lol ty (chicken burger n chips wernt so much of a good option tho ) tryin to get back into it after christmas and new year indulgence :D
