doing great getting the exercise in and sticking to my meal plan.
I did fall a little with the planning meals ahead. It really makes staying on plan much easier. why did I stop?
I think I got in a time crunch and it just spiraled from there.

I have been exercising 2xw and I can feel and see the difference in my body. I just feel so much healthier when I exercise. of course today I really wanted to cancel but I did not and of course was happy I went.

Halloween is fast approaching but will not be an issue for me as we get very little tricker treaters. therefore, no need to purchase the candy!
NO temptation if we do not have it.
