Jj, I looked at your diet recordings. You did not record every day, but what I noticed was a lack of fiber. You need healthy vegetables too, like brocceli, cabbage, salad greens etc. I make a MIM (Muffin in a minute)that contains 1/4 cup of ground flax. You can also add some flax by sprinkling it over salad etc. Drink at least 64oz of water a day as well. You can do it, don't get discouraged.
