Today has been a good day. Stuck to my new diet, Flat Belly Diet and I did my workouts. This morning I woke up and did my EA Active 20 minutes, then tonight i went to the gym and did a run/ walk (1 minute run then 2 minute walk) for 25 minutes. I'm hoping to reverse that and eventually be able to run a lot. Then I did some weightlifting and a 5 minute cool down.
I'm feeling pretty good today. Slightly tired because of the lack of caffeine but it's all good.
Probably gonna call it a night. Tomorrow the biggest loser starts so that will be great motivation!
