Switched back to low carb under the doctor's orders. Gotta just refuse to participate in birthday cake and sweets at work, to the chagrin of my bosses. Gonna be a fun time.
227.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 55.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
