Dec 1st starts my official prep for next years bodybuilding competitions. If theres one thing ive learned along the way- diet is all trial and error. Have to find a way to include the foods you love to eat into whatever meal planning youre setting up. Goal over the next 3 months is to get down to around 145. Lots of cardio and clean eating. Prepping new diet over the next few days...excited for the journey to start again. Time for me to make my mark :)
