monday night feeling good getting over this holiday hump but I lost from what my scales says about a pound I think even if i turtled it will surprise me but worked out today walked in mall 30 minutes tredmill 30 minutes 145 caloires ellipitical 25 minutes 166 calories hope i can stay on the south beach phase one the whole time without having to start over just stick with it the whole 2 weeks south beach I ll just think of the beach my bikni I will get into in the summer and that will make me want to stick to it
