Soooo completely failing at this as usual...was doing good, then I got distracted 'cause I got stupid....well, stupid and sick. I don't know why this happens every time I try to lose weight, but I ALWAYS get sick. I mean, I expected to get sick because of my new job, but really, first a cold/flu type thing that took me out for about a week and a half, then I got a stomach virus this week. As long as I don't eat or drink water, I feel better >.< NOT GOOD! I know this is not good! I want to know why my body insists on doing stuff like this EVERY TIME I TRY TO LOSE WEIGHT!?!?! ALSO! I'm covered in bruises!!! The plan was to not try to lose weight without doctor supervision, but the new job is conducive to getting on a plan (minus the ailments). So I started changing things, should have insurance come the first of the year.

Hey! Holidays are tough and being worn down or sick is even tougher. I do beat on myself too and it just is not helpful. Lets give ourselves a break and celebrate doing the best that we can. You can do this and I can too! Lets do this thang!!! No more being mean to ourselves! Never give up.:!:

you sound like your under a lot of stress already, don't add to it by beating yourself up. give it time, continue to do the things you know are beneficial to you. if you can't drink a whole glass of water...sip it through out the day...water ( and i know you know this) is so very important. if you can't eat...try a protein shake, or a few bites of something. we are here for each other...hang in there.
