I think that I need to actively join a community and have a support system instead of just reading other's reading other's success stories and wishing that was me. Sticking to keto this time around has not been so difficult. I haven't been craving sweets. Finishing school has helped. The stress of exams and finishing projects at the end of the semester hasn't led me to cave and start eating out of the vending machine. 3 almost 4 weeks in and doing well. I made my mom a birhday cake and wasn't even tempted to lick the bowl.
