I've been searching YouTube for videos on Banting and ketogenic diets and there is a wealth of them. I watched a couple with Dr. Phinney and found them very inspiring.

My macros are at about 10% carb, 30% protein and 60% fat, with a daily calorie total of 1200...I'll stick to that this week and see what my rate of weight loss is like...

I finished my lunch prep for the upcoming 3 day work week. Next weekend is a travel weekend out of town, but there should be enough options to maintain my macros...take some of my Sonoma Canyon lemon infused olive oil to put on my salads.
